Privacy policy

The binding versions of this document are in Uzbek and Russian. An English translation follows.

1. What this document is

This policy explains which personal data the Diler FMCG website, Telegram bot and Mini App (together, the Platform) use and why. By registering and sending your phone number, you consent to your data being processed as described here.

2. What we collect

From Telegram: name, username, Telegram ID, language and the phone number you sent yourself.

Entered by you: company details, tax number, address, contacts, listing text, photos, videos, catalog.

For payments: top-up amount, balance records, payment status and the receipt you sent. We do not ask for your card number, but it may be visible on a receipt, so you may hide unnecessary details before sending.

Technical: IP address, browser data, server logs, numbers of clicks on listings and ads, a cookie for signing in.

3. Why we need it

To sign you in and run your account; show listings and companies; tell you about matching listings; confirm payments; fight fraud and spam and keep the Platform secure; answer requests; meet legal requirements.

4. Who sees what

Listing and company pages are public and may appear in search engines. Phone, catalog and other contacts are shown only to registered users. Listing text and photos may be published in the Platform's Telegram channels and groups. Remember that others can copy what you make public.

Receipts and payment data are seen only by the Administration. Archived listings are seen only by their owner.

5. Sharing with others

We do not sell your data. It goes only to services needed to run the Platform: Telegram (sign-in, bot, messages), the hosting provider, Google Fonts (IP address when a font loads), YouTube (on a page with a placed video). These services may be abroad, so data may cross borders, and you consent to this.

Data is given to state bodies only on the grounds and in the manner set by law.

6. How long we keep it

Data is kept while your account is active. After an account is closed, data not needed for law, tax records, disputes or security is deleted or made anonymous.

7. Cookies

Only cookies needed for signing in and security are used. The sign-in cookie lasts up to 30 days. No advertising tracking cookies are used. If you disable cookies, you cannot sign in.

8. Your rights

You may find out what data we hold about you, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, withdraw consent, and apply to the competent body or court as set by law. You can delete a listing in your account and turn off messages in your account or the bot. To delete an account or make another request, write to the Platform's contact. If you withdraw consent, some features become unavailable.

9. Security

The connection is encrypted (HTTPS), receipts are kept in a closed location, and access to the control panel is restricted. Nobody can guarantee absolute security on the internet. If you think your data is at risk, write to us at once.

10. Age

The Platform is not intended for people under 18.

11. Changes and contact

If the policy changes, the new text is published on this page. Contact: Telegram @Diler_FMCJ_bot. If the texts differ, the Uzbek text prevails.
